Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Club L London look, but if it's not the perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and security ribbons attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the completed packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
